1 Bedroom sublease in 2-bedroom on Bishop Street

Looking for a sublease to take over my half of a two-bedroom on Bishop Street starting in January. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and a student at UC. Rent is $775/month + internet, gas for the stove, and electric. Great, quiet location close to campus and... Ludlow. Not much of a living room, but the bedroom and kitchen are quite large. I can lend you most of the furniture in these pictures upon request. Current roommate is a grad student and is very respectful. Feel free to reach out!
