Great location close to the University of Cincinnati and OTR with easy quick access to I-75. Three bedroom and two full baths. Brand new Kitchen and Baths! Two of the bedrooms are large enough for multiple beds so easily could have 5 roommates. Close... to multiple bus routes. Couple block walk to the UC shuttle at The Vanguard and one block to Metro bus stop to UC. Each applicant will have to submit an application and pass back ground check. Available for Oct 1st 2025
