I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The other two bedrooms are... already occupied, so you would be moving in with two existing roommates and sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas.

The bedroom is already furnished with a bed frame and wardrobe, so you won’t have to worry about getting those when you move in. You would just need to bring your own mattress and personal belongings!

Rent is $633.33/month for the room. The lease runs through July 31, 2027.

Move-in special: Move in now and you won’t have to pay rent + utilities bills/deposit for the remainder of the month. Your first regular rent payment of $633.33 would be due next month after move in.

Water, sewer, trash, and water heating are included. The resident is responsible for electric, heating, air conditioning, cooking, refrigerator, and range/microwave costs.

The apartment is in Clifton and is super close to UC, so it’s a really convenient location if you’re a student. It’s an easy walk to campus, classes, and everything around UC.

I’m just looking for someone to take over my spot in the apartment, and the other two roommates will be staying.
