ROOMMATE NEEDED
Hi everyone! My name is Ana Balint and I am currently a sophomore at the University of Cincinnati. My roommates and I are looking for 1 more girl to join us in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment at 65 West for the 2025-2026 school year! It is... less than a 5 minute walk to main campus. Rent would be around $875 a month without utilities. The lease is from August 8th-July 31st. The complex has gated in parking and has a clubhouse with study rooms, a pool table, a big tv and seating, and a cute gym. It is also pet friendly. One of our roommates has a cat. The unit is not furnished, but we have everything needed for shared spaces.

We are all going to be juniors. We like watching tv, being outdoors and indoors, and going out to eat. We like staying in, but we also like going out too. We would love to be friends with our roommates 🙂
