Auburn Mansion, Apartment complex close to campus.

JANUARY SUBLEASE, FIRST MONTH FREE

Looking for someone to sublease, you can move in early this December, or just January-July/August, it’s an Old Victorian mansion turned into an apartment complex, so it’s got some character fs, you’d have two other...
roommates who are nice, chill, clean, and fun to hang out with. I’m graduating and leaving to travel the country and need someone to take over my part of the lease. Message us asap!

3 Bed, 2 Bath, you’d share a bathroom with one as a Jack n Jill style. The bedrooms are large with 12ft ceilings and basically soundproof, your room is the smallest (barely) but gets the large walk-in closet, we have a full kitchen, in unit laundry, AC, and radiator heat, (fireplaces do not work).

Base rent is $793.33 per person per month, you must have renters insurance, if not, Peak Property (the landlord) will provide it for you at $14 a month, utilities include WiFi and Electricity, averaging an additional $50-75 a person per month total, we do not pay for water or radiator heat.

Easy to walk around campus at 10-20 minutes depending on location, 3 min walk to Kroger, 5-10 to the bars. Roommates Sarah (21F) and Lane (21M) hobbies include watching NFL and College, playing Wii and other video games, sports like volleyball, frisbee golf, golf, and tennis, both are biology majors. We are open to all genders to apply and willing to switch bedrooms around based on who you’d like to share the bathroom with!
