Eden and Oak St

ROOMMATE WANTED. Just signed a lease for the bottom floor of a duplex on Oak and Eden, 10 minutes from main campus, medical campus, and Kroger. Very nice.

Unfortunately, my colleague who toured it with me has already told his current roommate that... he is staying in his current place for at least the time being, so I am on the lookout for a roommate now.

Third-year PhD student in industrial hygiene. Film school, MBA, MPH, MSE. And I'm a DJ. In fact, I might be at the Green Door today in Covington to mix vinyl if I get things ready today sufficiently for tomorrow morning.

I am extremely responsible, like the maid / den mother / squeaky wheel cleaning, reporting leaks before they cause damage, etc, in every prior place I've lived in. You will not be cleaning up after me.

Since I have a lot of DJ equipment that may take up much of the living room, I will make your share of the rent $700 and my share $900, then we split utilities.

You will need to apply to the landlord for a background check.

It's the bottom floor of a nice duplex. 2br/1ba.
1000 square feet.

We have our own free washer & dryer in the basement.
Free parking.
Good visibility and neighbors.
Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

I saw no signs of rodents or roaches when I toured it, and no drop ceilings. Properly installed HVAC. Weatherized windows. Knowledgeable, friendly landlord several houses down.

I do not yet have furniture, so the kitchen would be a bit sparse right now. Maybe we could work on that together. These are photos of the prior tenants:
