Four Bedroom House 15min from Campus in Pleasant Ridge

Hi there! We’re looking for one more roommate to join our house in Pleasant Ridge. I’ve lived here for almost three years and truly love it. I’m a senior at UC applying to grad school and a substitute teacher for CPS, and my two roommates are recent... grads—one is an SLP and the other is a bartender/graphic designer.

The available room is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with one other girl. The upstairs bedrooms share their own bathroom. The room is ready for move-in ASAP, ideally before September 1st. If needed, I can also set it up as a sublet and provide furniture (mattress, dresser, tables, etc.) but it’s currently empty and move-in ready.

We each have our own individual leases with the landlord we know personally—he’s super reliable, easy to work with, and quick to help if anything comes up.

The house itself has tons of space to enjoy:
-A half-finished basement with laundry, storage, and a cozy hangout area
-A huge backyard with a patio, plus a screened-in front porch and shed we turned into an art studio!!!!
-Plenty of room for relaxing, hosting, or studying :)

Pleasant Ridge is a great neighborhood—centrally located and less than 10 minutes from everything. We’re within walking distance of the city center with bars, restaurants, and cafes, plus the park, community pool, gym, and pickleball courts.
