Guests are totally financially responsible for any damages that results from the actions of their visitors including theft from the property.


All common/ shared areas are cleaned and maintained by the host. this included but not limited to the bathrooms/ kitchen/ patio / basement. stairs/ fit room.

Host will provide guest with weekly cleaning/ laundry schedule. You need a luggage lock to secure your valuables or sensitive items in your suitcase.

Private room carpet is vacuumed, and the bed linen is changed on a weekly basis to maintain a clean healthy environment free of bugs and insects.

NO PETS AT ALL. PLANTS OKAY.

NO smoking inside the building.
No space heaters. Okay to have an electric blanket with auto shut off.

NO GUNS NO ILLIGAL DRUGS NO WEAPONTRY
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in your room or out on the patio.
No drinking in the shared or common areas in the house. No underaged drinking permitted.


This is not wheelchair accessible facility. Tennant must be free of ambulation challenges and able to negotiate stairs and outside walkway without assistive devices or assistance from house attendant or host.

As rental guest or a visitor here, you are here on this property at your own risk and the property owner is not responsible for any falls inside or on the property grounds.
