KIngston House

The room is part of a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. This room is ideal for a quiet graduate student. I am looking for someone to live with my 93 year-old mother. In exchange for the room, the roommate would help my mother with some minor tasks like... taking food out of the refrigerator or cabinent, cleaning the dishes, spills, and helping her up when she occasionally falls. She is very independent, and does most of these tasks on her own and she has some helpers who come by during the day and she would need help in the evenings and on weekends. Sometimes it is too much for her and she needs an extra hand who can do the task more quickly. Most of the time she does not need any assistance.

The upsides are a free room and a beautiful view of the Ohio River.
The downside is having the right chemistry with my mom and being able to share space with her, including the kitchen. She normally wants to be left alone and not have her routine disrupted. That means you can't have a lot of guests coming in and out.
