Need 1 Roommate for a Newly Renovated 4 Bedroom House (8 Minute Walk to Campus!)

We are looking for one person to fill the last spot on our lease for the 2026-2027 academic year. The lease will run from 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027. There are... currently 3 tenants for 2026-2027: Neal (myself), Zach, and Joe. At the time of the lease, I will be in my third year of a Computer Science PhD program at UC. Zach will be in his second year of a Statistics PhD program at UC. Joe will be in his last year of a Master's program studying Biomedical Engineering / Medical Engineering at UC. Please watch the video tour link to get the best look at our house as a whole and the room you'd be getting.

The room you would be getting is the first upstairs bedroom that is shown. This upstairs room does happen to be one of the bigger rooms in the house and has a good sized closet. Our house has two bathrooms, one on the basement floor and one on the upstairs floor. The house is about an 8 minute walk to the southwest edge of campus. There is free street parking available along our entire street and even the surrounding streets. We CURRENTLY pay $800 a month plus utilities, but our landlord has informed us that there is a chance our monthly rent does go up for the next lease we sign. I would very much say our house is worth the $800 a month we pay and can give more details on my experience living in the house. Let me know if you have any questions regarding the property.
