Room for rent on Probasco
***To specify, I'm female and I'm only looking for female sublet for the time being.***
I will be on co-op during the summer semester and am looking to sublet my room. My roommate will still be there but has her own room seperate. The apartment is... unit #7 located on the 2nd floor of the complex. It's a 5-10 minute walk to campus and is close to some of the UC shuttle stops. The room for rent is 10'x15.' It has its own closet and sliding window. The unit itself is a 1bed 1bath with a full kitchen and closets, but I'm set up in the living room and have already aquired many of the shared appliances (plates, bowls, shelves for the bathroom, cleaning supplies, etc.) Rent is $1,125 per month, but doesnt include electricity or internet, so those costs ($75-100) are paid seperately bringing the total to around $600 a month per person. Because I found out that this is actually cheaper than the cheapest UC dorm on campus, I wanted to stay and am offering the bedroom to anyone who's also looking for a nice place to live close to campus while also trying to save money during the summer.
