Hi everyone! I am a UC graduate student and will be out of the state on a field season during the spring semester and for part of the summer. I am looking for someone to take over my lease.

We... live in a newly renovated three story house in Avondale shared with two UC graduate students and one downstairs neighbor. Our home is also shared with two cockatiels and a cat. The house is located less than a mile from UC Main Campus and UC Med Campus. It is adjacent to the zoo and is less than a five minute walk from the main entrance.

You would have a private room and access to a shared bathroom, full kitchen, living room, and office space/sunroom. We also have a spacious backyard and a small covered deck.

Listed rent includes an unfurnished bedroom. I am happy to discuss leaving bedroom furniture (bed, side table, chest of drawers, and shelves) for an additional cost.
