The house features a spacious living and dining room area with hardwood floors, as well as a comfortable common area for roommates. Inside, you’ll find three stories of living space (~2,345 sq. ft.). A fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher,... microwave, refrigerator, etc.) makes cooking and meal prep a breeze.

With three full bathrooms plus a main-level half bath, roommates can comfortably share facilities without hassle. One of the second-floor bedrooms is a primary suite with its private bath, offering a premium option for extra convenience.


Room Breakdown Second Floor:

Room 1 – Largest bedroom (approx. 13×15) – This is the primary bedroom with a private en-suite full bathroom (ideal for someone who wants maximum privacy).

Room 2 – Large bedroom (approx. 14×10) – Second-floor room with plenty of natural light

Room 3 – Medium bedroom (approx. 13×13) – Second-floor room just down the hall from a full bathroom with plenty of sunlight.

Room 4 – Small Bedroom (approx. 9x13) – A room with plenty of natural light.

Room 5– Medium bedroom (approx. 9×13) – Another third-floor room with easy access to the shared bathroom on that floor.

All rooms are unfurnished, so you can decorate them to your taste. Rent does not include utilities (see Lease Terms below for details on utilities and deposits).

Room availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a group of friends, you can lease multiple rooms together; individual renters are also welcome to rent a single room.

Shared Amenities:

Fully-Equipped Kitchen: A large kitchen including refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal, and a pantry.

Free Washer and dryer in the basement.

Extra closets and storage space.

Spacious Common Areas: An open-plan first floor - plenty of space for studying, streaming movies, or hanging out with roommates in a comfortable shared living area.

Parking: A driveway, offering off-street parking for multiple vehicles. Guests can still easily find street parking out front as well.

Comfort & Utilities: The house features central heating and air conditioning. Some rooms also come with window AC units and electric baseboard heating to ensure comfort.


Lease Terms:

Standard 12-month lease per room. We also offer flexibility – inquire about options for shorter or longer lease terms (e.g., academic semester or 2-year) on a case-by-case basis.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for utilities (split among housemates). This includes electricity, gas, and water/sewer. Trash is included with the rent.

Subletting & Renewals: Subletting is permitted with the completion of thorough background checks and management approval.

House Rules: No smoking is permitted. Dogs may be considered
