The home is located in Cincinnati's walkable Clifton Gaslight District, a few blocks from UC, and an 8-minute drive to Xavier. (Old) Ludlow Avenue —just steps from the house— features restaurants, coffee houses, shops, and entertainment. The neighborhood is historic, tree-lined, diverse, and full of local character.

Other Rental Details:
- Female renters preferred; men will be considered if the fit is right.
- Background/eviction/credit check is required before signing a lease — screening fee is approximately $40/$45 and is paid by the prospective renter.
