Two bedrooms in house on Lyon Street for undergrad women. Very Close to Southwest edge of campus
Looking for two undergrad women to share a four bedroom, two full bath, house at the West end of Lyon Street, very close to campus and the McMillan/Calhoun Street attractions, for 2024-2025. The bedrooms are not furnished, but the rest of the house... is. Tenants split the gas & electric bill. The house features central AC, radiator heat, newer kitchen and bathrooms, ceiling fans, free laundry, rear deck, and a big (for the neighborhood) backyard. This is a quite decent house in a very convenient location.
I don't think the women there smoke, as the house doesn't smell like it, but I'm not sure. I also think they don't have any pets. Lease length/term could be flexible. And I think they have a Ring doorbell or something like that, as far as cameras go.
