University Edge Summer 2025-26 Lease in 3 bed/3 bath

Hi everyone, I have a room available for the 2025-26 school year (August '25-July '26)! I am posting this as a courtesy for my two roommates who are searching for someone to fill my room since I am moving out. It’s a 3 bed/3 bath, so you get your own... private and spacious bedroom, bathroom, and closet. University Edge is about a 10-minute walk to UC's main campus and medical campus. My two roommates will be seniors next year. Anaya (Instagram: anayajoshi22) is a business major and Harsha is a nursing major. The rent is $997/month plus electricity (usually around $40/month).
The apartment has many great features:
-All necessary bedroom furniture included: mattress, bed frame, nightstand, desk with shelves, desk chair (shown inside closet), dresser, and shelves inside closet.
-Amazing appliances: washer/dryer in-unit, full-size fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.
-Common area furniture: leather couch/chair, multiple tables, and dining chairs.
-Luxury amenities: 24-hour fitness center, bi-level patio, community courtyard, computer lab with free printing, study lounge, private movie theater, grilling station, coffee bar, and clubhouse with WiFi.
-There is also ample, FREE street parking and it has a campus shuttle stop right out front!
