University Edge Summer 2025 Sublease in 3 bed/3 bath

Hi everyone, I have a summer 2025 (May-July) sublease available at University Edge Student Apartments! It’s a 3 bed/3 bath, so you get your own private and spacious bedroom, bathroom, and closet. University Edge is about a 10 minute walk to UC main... campus and medical campus. My two other roommates are current juniors (nursing & business majors) and may or may not be in the apartment over the summer. The rent is $997/month plus electricity (usually around $40/month).
My room is also available to lease for the 2025-26 school year (August ‘25-July ‘26)! If you’re interested in that you can message my roommate Anaya Joshi on Instagram (anayajoshi22)!
The apartment has many great features:
-All necessary bedroom furniture included: mattress, bed frame, nightstand, desk with shelves, desk chair (shown inside closet), dresser, and shelves inside closet.
-Amazing appliances: washer/dryer in-unit, full size fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.
-Common area furniture: leather couch/chair, multiple tables, and dining chairs.
-Luxury amenities: 24 hour fitness center, bi-level patio, community courtyard, computer lab with free printing, study lounge, private movie theater, grilling station, coffee bar, and clubhouse with WiFi.
-There is also ample, FREE street parking and it has a campus shuttle stop right out front!
