VP3 2024-2025 Sublease 4 min from campus!

Hello all, I am subletting my house starting August 15th, 2025, up until July 31st, 2026, however you are free to stay as many or as little months you'd like out of that timeframe. Here are some details below and please reach out with any questions!... I can definitely negotiate any aspect you’d like to help improve the offer and accommodate you!

Unit- 3 bed, 3.5 bath, two-story house with in-unit washer and dryer system
Rent- $500/month for 1 room and 1 full bath, shared with one other person (there is an additional half bath on the main floor for everyone’s use, as seen in the floor plan provided in the photos)
Water/Sewage- $30/month
Internet- We have high-speed AltaFiber internet currently and can provide that with a price quote, or you can bring your own internet and set it up.
Heating/Electricity- Will be provided by Duke, and the cost depends on usage, however a quote can be provided.
Location- The house is a 4 minute walk from the UC campus. Located in the VP3 complex in Short Vine, owned by Uptown Rentals with amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, community/gaming room, private study rooms, and more. The house itself is about a minute walk from the VP3 complex, however you shall have full access to all of the amenities in the complex.
Furniture- Furniture that will be included are living room couches, a small writing desk, a desk lamp, a small toaster oven, 1 bed per room, 2 barstools, an air fryer, and a coffee table in the living room!
Parking- VP3 has a parking garage and an outdoor gated parking lot. The entrance to the residential parking garage is off of Euclid Ave, and the entrance to the surface lot is off of Corry St. Both the parking garage and parking lot are managed by Parkade, a third party parking management company. Email for more information and to reserve parking.
